Anyone who is into mega sized sandwiches with options catered to the adventurous needs to try Aria in Merrylands out. I stumbled upon this place accidentally, as I never venture towards that particular side, as it doesn’t seem like much is happening on that particular end.

Sandwiches are well priced, and very filling.

Unfortunately the final product looks nothing like the photos, but fortunately they do taste good.
It has been way too long since my last post. I have been way too busy as of late. Anyway – here is another review on a Thai Restaurant in the South-West of Sydney.
This is Green Peppercorn, located just a short stroll from Fairfield station.
Green Peppercorn gets really busy on a Friday and Saturday night. I think we waited almost an hour on both occasions we visited.
They make up for it though with complimentary fruit shakes. Yum!
Some sort of Thai Salad. Can’t remember which one it was…
Tom Yum Soup (Seafood). It was good. But nothing that was amazing.

Vegetarian Spring Rolls
Normally I get the Massaman curry with Beef. But this time I got it with lamb. Quite tasty.
And now on to the deserts.
Sugar Cane Pork DIY rice paper rolls. Everything comes pre-cut to make exactly 6 rice paper rolls. Very fresh ingredients.
Pho Hien can be found on Canley Vale Rd, Canley Heights and is open super late.
Went to the Loving Hut: Vegan Restaurant for Dinner.
They serve Vietnamese influenced Vegan cuisine, which is the predominant style of food around the area. The menu does contain things such as chips, and vegan burgers though.
Duck (fake meat) wraps with pickled cucumber and carrot with coriander to start. Very delicious. Didn’t realise I wasn’t eating meat.
Vegan Pho Noodles with copious amounts of bean sprouts served on the side. Normally I get the “special beef” Pho noodles, and in comparison the Vegan alternative doesn’t quite match up. They are o.k but not quite as good. I think they tried to intensify the flavour by adding heaps of cardamon which was quite off putting.
Vermicelli Noodles with spring rolls and shredded pork.
Quite tasty. A little dry. Which is offset by some sauce served on the side. Maybe some extra vegies/salad to offset it would be better?
I will be conducting more reviews on this restaurant in the future. 🙂
